Kiran Gulrajani

Kiran received a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is a certified NLP Practitioner by the creator, Dr. Richard Bandler. He has close to 15 years of experience in training, consulting, marketing and leading change
and has previously worked with ITC’s Packaging and HCL’s InfoTech business.

Ludovic Odier
is the founder and CEO of OIA and OIA Learning. His passion is personal development, through discovery and education. He graduated from ESSEC Business school of Management with an MBA in France and has been traveling around Asia for the past 15 years to set up export missions for French companies in Thailand, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and China.

As a brand Manager for a pharmaceutical company, he was in charge of the sales department and reps. Graduated from Nanterres University with a Master in Philosophy.

Ludovic designs and develops the training and debriefing procedures of the OutdoorInAsia tailor-made Teambuilding and Learning programs. He combines analytical skills and vast practical experience in problem solving, group behavioral dynamics and understanding.

Ludovic’s unique approach to training uses the outdoors, arts, drama and the regions diversity of languages and cultures. Having lived and worked in Asia for so long, he naturally understands the blend of western and eastern traits and cultures.

Engaging and dynamic, he is a creative and engaging trainer with years of experience developing and executing fun, creative teambuilding programs. Ludovic excels at running OIA ‘organic’ teambuilding where both interaction with and understanding the clients needs are essential in bringing each team and their participants to new heights.
