Design & Methodology
The program works at 4 levels:
- THE MIND (THINKING): Developing healthy mindsets, such as Shift from blaming to claiming, Openness to learning, Balance and others recognizing limiting patterns and transforming them out of awareness and action.
- THE HEART (FEELING): How to understand and master this realm… by transforming anger, sadness and fear into creative energy. Connecting with our own and others feelings. The vital world of Relationships.
- THE BODY (ACTION): We are often divorced from our body’s intelligence. How to connect with it through breath and movement to unleash vibrant energy and action. Understanding space and time to go beyond it.
- THE SPIRIT (ESSENCE): The source and the goal of masterful leadership and facilitation. How to access the joyful space which embraces paradoxes, which allows intuitive magic to unfold in life through synchronicities and flow.
Design
Profound long term change is a paradigm that goes beyond creating a good training program. It addresses the perennial frustration that the intensity of impact of training does not last beyond a few weeks of the program. The challenge then is to create learning as a process.
Hence the design is in 2 modules which allows the participants to soak in the learning, practice and come back to deepen the journey. And also explore challenges in implementing the learning from the program.
Methodology
The methodology of ‘The Inspiring Leader-Facilitator’ program blends the best of the East & West. Increasingly the boundaries between the mystical eastern approaches & the practical business paradigms are melting. It’s like being taken on a magical journey and yet having one’s feet on the ground.
