Kiran and Ludovic are both founders & CEOs of their companies and have been working together for many years.

OIA Learning was created in 2003 by Ludovic and is designed as a learning hub for Asia with a vision of bringing the most inspiring learning solutions to decision makers and the corporate world, across Asia.

Eternale Learning has been founded in 2000 by Kiran with the vision of inspiring integrity in people and integration in organizations. To consciously unfold leadership, vibrant teams, creative balance, and flow. To develop a synergistic network of facilitators, playing with diversity as we evolve along with our clients. To inspire learning from an inner space of humility, freedom and love in a variety of groups – primarily corporate (across levels: from top management to workmen), also youth, teachers, NGOs and families.

In over twelve years of active experience in working with people to unfold learning, inspire leadership and build teams, we have discovered some fundamental truths and principles. We have conducted over 1000 programs and touched the work and life of over 14000 people across 100 plus organizations. Most of our work flows in from existing customers, proof that our work works.

We are deeply committed to long-term interventions and process-oriented change. We have learnt from and interacted with several masters and some of the best professionals on the planet; assimilated messages from scores of books and above all, dared to walk on this road of conscious living and leadership.
